Fund request applications can be used for requesting financial support for upcoming events you are hosting/planning or contests/conferences you are going to participate in throughout the state or nation.

The board votes to approve applications quarterly at membership meetings in January, April, July and October.

We request applicants apply well in advance to the event needing funds for, to allow the board a month to review applications prior to voting.

Apply by December 1, 2024 – to receive funds January 22nd – April 16th, 2025
Apply by March 1, 2025 – to receive funds April 16th – July 15th, 2025
Apply by June 1, 2025 – to receive funds July 16th – October 21st, 2025
Apply by September 1, 2025 – to receive funds October 22nd – January 20th, 2026
